In the event of loss of luggage, on the outbound trip to Tehran, please go to the luggage help desk, in the baggage lounge in IKA Airport, Tehran.

Baggage will only be delivered to the bearer of the baggage check-in receipt, so please ensure that the names on the baggage tags, match your receipts at the check-in desk.

IranAir assumes no liability for fragile, valuable or perishable items. Liability for loss or damage to baggage is limited unless a higher value is declared in advance, and additional charges are paid. Iran Air liability limit according industry convention is approximately 20 USD per KG of checked baggage.
