IranAir Celebrates Nowrouz

IranAir is celebrating Nowrouz, the Iranair New Year celebration, by dropping prices on all flights booked online at iranair.co.uk.

This year, for the first time, Nowrouz has been officially recognised as an International Day, by the 64th General Assembly of the United Nations. Marking the first day of spring, the New Year, 1389, will commence on 21st March, and will be celebrated by Iranians throughout the world

 

Mr Daryoush Niknam, IranAir General Manager for UK & Ireland, said,"We are celebrating the happy occasion of Nowrouz, with a reduction of prices for online bookings to all IranAir destinations. This will be achieved by waiving the service fee on all new bookings made between now and 31st March 2010. Today’s announcement coincides with publication of IranAir’s full summer programme of domestic flights, which are now available for purchase through the web site.

Prices for flights from London Heathrow to Tehran Imam Khomeini, purchased online during the Nowrouz promotion, start from £386, fully inclusive of taxes and surcharges.
