We have 3 flights a week on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What destinations do you fly to from London?

We only fly to Tehran, Imam Khomeini Airport.

Do I need to reconfirm my flight?

No, reconfirmation is no longer required by Iran Air. If you have booked your departure/return date you don’t need to take further action.

I have an open dated ticket. How can I make a booking?

You may call our reservation team with your Electronic Ticket Number or your Paper Ticket details and our friendly reservation staff will be happy to help you.

Reservations can be made by contacting travel agents .

Can I book a domestic flight in Iran from London?

Iran domestic flights may be booked only with international flights (ie London-Tehran-London).

Yes you will need to give at least one working day notice. Penalties/charges may apply.

what is the luggage allowance for children and infants?

Children have the same luggage allowance as adults.

Infants luggage allowance is 10Kg.

Can I take my infant’s pushchair onboard?

Yes, you can take your infant’s pushchair with you free of charge as long as it is reasonable in terms of size and weight.

How much do you charge for excess baggage?

£12.00 per kilograms.

Yes, you can take your wheelchair with you free of charge.

Do you operate direct flights from London to Tehran and return?

Yes. We only need to touch down for refuelling in another country on the way back from London to Tehran.

How long the refuelling takes?

Approximately less than one hour.

Do we have to leave the aircraft during refuelling?

No, no one would leave the aircraft during the refuelling.
